Will be responsible for
- Assisting in Recruitment activities like sourcing/screening applications
- Coordinating/scheduling interviews
- Employee relations, Performance Management & Career Development
- Induction and Joining formalities
- Coordinating Training & development and other HR Processes.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must be an PGD - HR or Master's in Social Work (MSW).
- 2 Year experience in recruitment will be preferred.
- Expertise in Computer Apllications like MS Office
