Desired Candidate Profile
Proficient typing skills with minimum typing speed of 40wpm (alpha and numeric) and accuracy level of 92-93%
Highly skilled in the use of personal computers and keyboard terminals.
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
Good Typing Speed (Min 30 WPM)
Average Communication Skills
International Client Exposure
Only 8 Hour Shifts

Continuing our efforts to grow the team in India, we are once again embarking on recruitment plan to source in large numbers. As part of our current year hiring plans we are recruiting fresh graduate trainees who have graduated during the year 2007.

Any applications sent after 5:00 PM on 11th December 07 will not be considered for immediate freshers recruitment.

HR Team will intimate the candidates regarding the venue and timing for the Test and personalized call letter will be sent to them.
Employees are not entitled for referral bonus for the candidates selected as Trainees.

The eligibility criteria for the candidates to attend the test are:
· BE/B.Tech/MCA
· 70% across 10th, 12th & Graduation and PG. No ordinances in the earlier semesters of engineering
· 2007 Pass-outs only
· M.Sc & Ms IT candidates will not be considered
The candidate should bring the following documents when they come for the test:
· Sufficient Identity proof (any original photo-identity, such as Identity card issued by your college, Credit card with photograph, Electoral Card, Driving License or Passport)
· A copy of resume
· Two recent passport size colour photographs· Call letter

No candidate will be admitted into the test without these documents.
The results of the test and interview schedules for short-listed candidates will be intimated on the day of test
