Job Description
DBA should know PL SQL and Export/Import Utility
Cloning of Database.
SQL tunning
Knowledge of Linux will be added advantage
Database Design.
Expertise in defining and performing database Backup and recovery.
Exposure to installation of Oracle Software in different environments.
A very good understanding of Oracle Database Architecture.
Experience in Monitoring database and handling day to day issues of database.
Experience of Defining database Backup and recovery Strategy as well as performing recovery.
Creating users, granting privileges and managing User resources.
Use of Transportable Table spaces.
Refreshing databases.
SQL Tuning.
Oracle Net configuration.
Rebuilding Indexes.
Loading data using SQL Loader .
