1.Responsible for Development of overall project including Coding , Unit Testing, Bugfixing & Implementation of assigned projects on Microsoft Platform in ASP / ASP.NET /VB.NET. 2.Responsible for handling developer team working on the assigned projects & guiding junior Programmers on coding & bugfixing part . 3.Responsible for any technical research/ problem resolution required on assigned projects. 4. Providing Technical training if required to project team. 5. Review Technical Analysis Documents & Prepare Database Design 6. Reporting to Project Manager/Division Manager on work status
