| Job Description | This is a 24 month assignment for freshly qualified Chartered Accountants who will work with Financial Accounting, Reporting, Financial Analysis, Accounting Services Team Leaders on a rotational program to develop finance functional skill sets. After end of the traineeship and depending on the performance, MTF will be assigned to one of the finance functional areas. |
| Desired Profile | Qualification & Experience: 1.Must be a Chartered Accountant with good academic record 2.Experience of working with Big 4 Accounting and audit firm is desirable but can be relaxed for exceptionally good academics and background of working with a very good Audit firm 3.Must be computer savvy, comfortable in working MS Office, any of the ERP packages like SAP, Oracle etc. Skill set: Self starter and take responsibility for start to finish for any assignment Conceptual clarity in finance functional areas and taxation Business Partnering skill Problem solving Good interpersonal skill Ability to pro-actively assess issues and work out resolutions Team Player |
