Job Description:
Position Responsibilities
Review of travel approvals, purchase requests and release orders.
Interact with STPI and customs on operational approvals, softex filing, import approvals, quarterly and annual reports etc.
Reviewing vendor invoices, updating account codes, verifying them for accuracy and forwarding it to accounts payable.
Assist the Financial Analyst in preparation of monthly book close entries, preparing base data for variance analysis and assist in forecasting.
Assist financial analyst by having regular interaction with operations to monitor FTEs etc., updating status on travel and purchase requests, develop reports to review operational performance, financial approval for all operational requests.
Assist financial analyst in analyzing FTEs, revenue analysis, invoice process and receivables management and balance sheet review
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate Specification
Education Qualification: CA Inter / CWA Inter/ M.Com/ B.com
Number of Years of Experience: 0 - 4 years of post qualification experience
Professional Exposure: Accounting and STPI
Special Knowledge or skill required: Good working knowledge in MS Excel and Power point
Any other requirement: Must be good in accounting and have high energy levels. Should have the experience of interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and with operations and have good communication skills.
