Job Description:
Would be responsible for carrying out employee engagement activities for the technical freshers hires who have been offered but are yet to join the HCL organisation and those who have joined and are on probation, Design, initiate and implement employee engagementt initiatives, identify induc tion requirements and design and implement induction based on requirements, training Attendance, Rewards and recognition programs, developing and executing communication to HCL emloyees on an ongoing basis, managing and monitoring attrition with various metrics and co-ordinatew withh external vendors as and when requirwed for the purpose of implementation of engagement activities.
Desired Profile:
Excellent written and oral communication.
Only BBA OR BSc Graduates from a reputed institute are applicable to apply for this position.
Excellent knowledge MS Office
Awareness of industry best class practices relatting to HR Talent engagement.
