The incumbent will be majorly responsible for IT recruitment
and minorly will be involved in other HR activities e.g Joining formalities,opening salary accounts etc.
Recruitment:
Understanding the client requirement.
Sourcing Candidates.
Conducting Telephoning Interviews.
Screening CV.
Candidate Co-ordination.
Head- Hunting.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Any Graduation
Candidates having relevant experience as HR Assistant and having performed the above functions will be given a preference Candidate should possess excellent written and spoken communication Skills. He should also have an experience in handling various job portals.
