Binary Semantics is a software development and IT staffing organization based out of Gurgaon.

We are looking for Technical Recruiter Trainees (US to US). You will be a part of the squad, which is involved in ramping up our technical team in US. This will expose you to hard - core recruitment of software and IT professionals and will help you grow in HR. The responsibilities would be: -

· Understand the requirement
. Search & screen resumes from different Job portals
· Negotiation on the salary
· Submitting the matching resumes to client / vendors

Major Attribute required:
1. Excellent Communication Skill both written and verbal
2. Good Analytical & Logical ability
3. Excellent exposure to computers
4. Willing to work in night shift
5. Excellent team player with good interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification Desired
either of the following

1) BE / MCA / BCA / MBA / Diploma holder in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunication

The candidate needs to:-

1. Sign up an agreement for 18 months.

2. Join us immediately.

3. Candidate should be residing nearby organization or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
