Job Description:
In this role you will be overseeing the screening of candidates, ensuring that the details provided by the candidate are verified, on-line searches such as credit checks, directorship searches and FSA prohibited persons checks, all gaps in the candidate's activity have been accounted for investigating any discrepancies or adverse findings that arise

Desired Candidate Profile:
The role requires accurate research, investigation and attention to detail. You will need to build a strong and effective working relationship with colleagues in all offices through regular communication therefore it is essential that you are able to communicate clearly with people from diverse background and ultimately to produce concise, detailed reports within strict deadlines

Kroll Background Screening Worldwide is the International background screening arm of the Kroll business and provides pre-employment screening services to major international companies.
We have four offices, East Grinstead, Brighton, India and Poland and on behalf of our clients detect resume fraud, criminal convictions and past terminations before job candidates are hired by the organization.
We are presently having multiple openings for a Background Screening Researchers (10) and Team Leader (2). The right candidates need to have excellent command over both spoken and written English. Experience in voice process & neutral accent training would be an added advantage but is not mandatory. You would need to work as per UK shifts.
