H(Sh)e should be highly quality conscious, have an eye for every detail and should be well versed in requisite computer applications apart from having good time management skills. H(Sh)e should be innovative, fast, accurate and well verse in the latest DTP software (MS Word, Excel, Quark Express / In Design). H(Sh)e should be a good team player to work in various project teams.
