Job Description:

1.Responsible for work quality and accuracy and timely product delivery and ensure compliance with SLAs.
2.Assist and guide the team in processing their assignments in an accurate, timely and organized manner
3.Identify training needs and train Analysts on complex real estate concepts
4.Resolve issues and clarify queries in processing
5.Responsible for capacity planning and identifying requirements for pipeline etc.
6. Candidates having exposure to US Morgage domain are preferred.

Very Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to read and analyze routine and non-routine documents

Very good attention to detail, analytical skills and logical reasoning
Strong organizational skills including meeting deadlines.
