Experience : 3 - 7 years
Skills :
-> Candidate must have experience in C/C++/Unix platform.
-> Knowledge of Java/ Shell Scripting will be an added advantage.

Experience : 2 - 5 years
Skills :
-> Should posses strong technical skills in C, C++, Unix and Java
-> Ability to analyse the requirements and come out with suitable design alternatives.
-> Translate the design to code.
-> Understand and adhere to defined processes and guidelines.
-> Ensure quality goals are met.
-> Identify, solve and track issue in timely manner.
Desired Profile
-> Candidates must have hands-on experience in C/C++, Unix.
-> Experience in Java will be an added advantage.
-> Strong Database Experience ( Oracle , SQL-Server or Sybase)
-> Excellent communication skills.
Software Professionals
Role : Technical Leader
Experience : 4 - 6 years
-> Should have good Leadership skills.
-> Should have led teams in complete life-cycles of projects (SDLC).
-> Hands-on experience on Unix , C , C++ , SQL-Server or Sybase or Oracle.
-> Should be able to provide specialist input to the business requirement process.
-> Should be able to provide Technical and functional guidance to the team.
-> Should have experience in handling projects in the Banking or Financial Services.
-> Should be proficient in System Study, User Requirement Specifications, and Effort estimate, Project Planning, Design, Quality Testing and Documentation.
-> Should possess good communication
Essentials:
-> Very strong Technical Skills on Unix Internals, C, C++
-> Very sound RDBMS knowledge. (Sybase, Sql-Server or Oracle)
-> Domain expertise in Financial Services, Brokerage, Banking would be Plus.

-> Communication Skills
Java Professionals
Role : TL / PL
Experience : 4 - 7 years
Skills :
-> Should have worked in Java project with good amount of experience core Java & J2ee -> Technical leadership
-> Able to Provide technical guidance to the team members when faced with problems
-> Able to create a design for the assigned projects
a) Follow standard design methodologies
b) Perform design review to eliminate design defects early in projects life cycle.
-> Perform code reviews for assigned projects.
-> Able to translate design to code for assigned tasks / projects.
-> Able to Maintain version discipline and perform self audits on task.
-> Able to Ensure project documentation as per SDLC.
-> Able to Identify, escalate and track issues on project assignments with minimal guidance to closure.
-> Good communication and presentations skills
Dataware housing Professionals
Experience : 2 - 5 years
Skills :
-> Should have worked in Dataware housing projects with good amount of experience Informatica / Hyperion / Cognos.
-> Able to translate design to code for assigned tasks / projects.
-> Able to Maintain version discipline and perform self audits on task
-> Able to Ensure project documentation as per SDLC.
-> Able to Identify, escalate and track issues on project assignments with minimal guidance to closure.
-> Good communication and presentations skills
