Job Description:
This is a junior position involving the following activities in the Delhi branch:
(1) Follow order process and ensure orders/renewals gets executed smoothly.
(2) Follow up with vendors for maintenance calls/purchase and also ensure payables are processed at the earliest.
(3) Follow up with clients for relationship building as well as receivables.
(4) Keep running tab on accounts and periodically send data to HQ
(5) Handle incoming calls
Candidates
must be at least a graduate and have familiarity with Office packages,
Internet and Email. Candidates must also possess good written and
verbal communication skills. Experience with accounting packages (like
Tally) a big plus.
Relevant experience a big plus, though not required. Position is in Delhi (Kalkaji) and candidate must be a resident of Delhi.
