Sourcing profiles form job portals (www.naukri.com, www.jobsahead.com, www.monster.com,) Doing Job Postings, Sending Massmailers to the candidates, doing networking(employee reference), maintaining database. Ensuring fast response time to fields needs and request and maintaining strong networks across assignments. Identifying and short listing the resumes on the basis of required skills and experience, and parity of the company Salary negotiations, joining formalities maintaining the HR relationship with the candidates till they are on board. Sending performance reports on weekly and monthly basis.
