Job Description	Job Description: # Provides expert technical assistance to customers, Field Application Engineers, distributors, and third party vendors Position ' Responsibilities: Reviews and edits technical documentation, release notes, and user guides Performs and documents customer benchmarks and competitive comparisons Develops and presents product demonstrations for industry trade shows (DAC) Participates in Beta testing and provides feedback to R&D Develops and delivers customer training programs, tutorials, and seminars Writes application notes, articles and white papers Provides expert technical assistance to customers, Field Application Engineers, distributors, and third party vendors Job Requirements: Proficient in scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, Python, Skill, Scheme etc # Good oral and written communication skills Have in depth user knowledge of one or more of the following tools':- Synopsys DC, Physical Compiler, PrimeTime, Astro; Cadence SoC Encounter, PKS; Magma Blast Fusion, Blast Create, Blast Protype; TeraSystems TeraForm # 3-5 years experience as a chip designer in a semiconductor company or as an AE or senior technical contributor in the EDA industry Lead # Chip design engineer or part of a chip design team in a semiconductor design company or Extensive customer contact in pre- and post-sales situations in an EDA company Good understanding of Verilog/VHDL ASIC/SoC design experience using Cadence, Synopsys, Magma tools Self-motivated, results oriented and a team player. # Can focus on objectives and drive toward closure Customer driven.
