Qualification: Any Graduate.

Skills:
· Action Script (A thorough understanding of Action Script 2.0 is mandatory including OOP concepts, functions, arrays, global variables, client-server interaction and programmatic tweening and animation)
· Standard Flash production methods
· Flash games and applications
· JavaScript
· Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
· Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates
· Motivated self-starter who likes working on fast-paced projects
· Strong written and verbal English communication skills
· Total experience of 1-2 yrs in Flash programming.
1+ years of experience in a creative environment.
