Job Description:
Intense Technologies Limited is a publicly owned software products company based out of Hyderabad and having its presence across India and Asia Pacific. We also plan to expand our operations across Middle East, Africa, Europe and Americas.
We have our products in Content Management, Customer Communication Management and Information Management space with clients across business verticals like Telecom, BFSI, Manufacturing etc , across the world.
Currently we are recruiting people across various functions like Sales, Business Development, Partner Management, Delivery and Implementation, Presales & Consulting, Engineering, Quality Assurance and General Administration.
Job Details

As a technical support resource you would provide online and onsite support of our enterprise software products to clientele in Telecom, BFSI and other domains.
You should have very strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills. Strong knowledge of various operating systems like Windows, UNIX, Linux, Solaris would be a major advantage.
This role will provide opportunity to travel across India and various other contries based on the performance and skill level of individuals.
Should have very strong communication skills and must have a presentable personality.
Academics --------------
Should be a graduate in any discipline. A degree or diploma in IT or Engineering would added advantage.
