Walk-in-Test for Technical Associates
Forest Survey of India (FSI) is a national organization under the Ministry of Environment & Forests, Government of India responsible for the Forest Resource Assessment at the National Level. Under the different projects being implemented by the FSI, there is a requirement of Technical Associates on temporary basis.
Applications are invited for temporary positions of 4 Technical Associates for DIP/GIS related work, initially for a period of six months.
Emoluments : Rs. 12,000/-p.m. fixed + HRA as admissible
Age shall not be more than 30 years as on date of advertisement. Upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ Physically handicapped categories.
Qualification : M.Sc./ B.E./ M.A. (Geography)/ MCA from recognized University/ Institute with some experience of Remote Sensing & GIS applications (special paper, project, dissertation etc)
Selection :
Candidates have to appear for hands-on-test, written test and interview at 9.30 AM on the 11th of January, 2008. Selection will be done on the basis of their qualification, experience and their performance in the interview/ hands on test,
