Job Description :

To prepare daily stock reports.

To LOG IN different types of orders as per the Purchase Orders received from the Vendors. Also Involved in Multi Location Billing.
Preparing Quotations, if required.
Responsible for entire Sales & Back Office Operations.
Confirmation of the purchases and the delivery locations.
Payments follow ups for cheques with Vendore.

Should be well versed with Tally, MS Office & other office applications and good typing speed.
Quotation preparation for executives, inter-office interaction with other departments internally for order completion & payment or other issue follow-ups with customers.

Reports generation and communication to H.O.
Eligibility    :
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
0 - 3 years of experience

A candidate should be Graduate (experienced/fresh) with good knowledge on MS Word, Excel, PP. with good Communication.
