| Job Description |
| Responsibilities - Developing a deep knowledge of Radiance products
- Providing product technical support
- Troubleshooting Product /Hardware/Networking related queries of our global clients either through Phone or Email/Chat.
- Maintenance and installation of software / product on client location
- Keeping ownership of the issue until it is resolved completely
- Handling of live system
- Preparing and analyzing usage reports
- Developing solutions to customer needs
Desirable Traits : - Awareness of software development life cycle
- Problem solving ability, strong analytical skills
- Positive attitude & good team player
- Quick Learner & decision maker
Essential Skills Required : - Good exposure to C/C++ or Java.
- Strong fundamentals in OS
- Strong network fundamentals & system troubleshooting skills.
- Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be willing to work in shifts.
