Primary Skills (Must Have):

- Experience in Automotive domain. He must have working experience in automotive domain.
- Excellent in C, CAN, LIN, KWP2000, UDS protocols and application;
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Business focused with leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong reasoning, analytical and strategizing skills

Secondary Skills (Nice to have):

Experience in VC++ or .NET
Knowledge on any microcontroller architecture
Experience of working to ISO, IEEE or CMM standards is preferable

Description of position Responsibilities:

This position involves regular interactions with automotive customers. This person would be responsible for providing technical support to existing and new customers. The role involves traveling to customer locations and providing technical support.

The job responsibilities include:

· Track and provide quick resolution for customer issues
· Participate in customer weekly customer conference calls
· Writing application notes and other technical documentation
· Provide in-depth training and handholding for new customers
· Work with back end engineering team to promote the best solutions for our customer base.
· traveling to customers' sites to demonstrate the products and help them speed on the tools
· Gathering competitive data and marketing to analyze the results.
