AS A RECRUITER YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Sourcing candidates using a wide variety of vehicles - to include internet sourcing and mining, advertising and internet posting, and direct sourcing
Screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates against defined criteria
Preparing candidates for client facing interviews
Creating candidate profiles and presenting candidates to client companies for interview
Desired Candidate Profile:
. Willing to work 2pm -10pm
0-6 Months recruiting experience and knowledge of the staffing industry
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Excellent communications skills
Ability to work in a fast pace/high volume environment
Results oriented and able to multi-task and set appropriate priorities
Excellent organizational skills and able to work independently
knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) preferred.
