Job Description:
*Make the 3rd Party Card Collection Calls to US.
* Adhere to Collection targets on monthly basis.
*Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
* Ensure that all the calls are under FDCPA norms & thereby maintain optimum level of Quality over the calls.
Desired Profile:
*Must be a Graduate or Final year student.
*Minimum 6months + experience in 3rd Party Collection or Ist Party Collections (US)
* Candidates with Outbound sales experience can also apply.
*Excellent communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills.
*Must Possess excellent reasoning skills.
