Job Description:
The Global Data & Compliance team will
Take responsibility for the quality of COMC (Custer Order Management Center) data and compliance with internal and external rules and regulations to minimize liabilities
Collaborate with all groups involved with D&C (e.g. Global Product Administration, CRM Data groups) to ensure that the impact of any changes is fully understood and catered for
Provide management reporting both regular and ad-hoc to the regional COMCs
Provide compliance reporting and monitoring and work with the regional COMCs
to resolve any compliance issues
Support the regional COMCs in carrying out data reconciliations and audits as required
Shift work will be required to support Asia, EMEA and RAM internal customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & MUST TO HAVE AND NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
Educational Qualifications College degree
Nice to have skills Project management skills, systems integration experience, assertiveness, presentation skills, business process design and integration.
Also Visual Basic skills very useful in redesigning reports.
