| Job Description | In this position, you will be working in the Enterprise Software Technology (EST) group within the Enterprise Platforms and Services Division. You will be participating in the development and enhancement of Server Management software and Platform Management applications. You will be expected to work with functional teams within EST and other cross-functional teams within DEG and/or Intel. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to - Working as a team member in the Intel Server Management (ISM) Development team for enterprise server platforms - Identifying dependencies and working closely with the cross functional teams - Conducting integration testing of ISM integrated features in multiple platforms |
| Desired Profile | You should possess a Bachelor of Engineering or Technology degree or a Master of Technology or Science degree with one to three years of relevant industry experience. Additional qualifications include: - Educational background in electronics or Computer Science - Working knowledge in software engineering development process and project life cycle - Familiarity with XML and JavaScript* - Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-site teams - Good documentation skills in order to create document, track and plan sustaining engineering work - Excellent team spirit - Ability to work well with others in cross-site organizations - Ability to multitask - Experience in software development under Windows* and Linux* operating systems - Experience in object oriented development, C, C++ and/or Java* - Knowledge of platform management software and standards such as Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) and Common Information Model (CIM) would be an added advantage |
