Job Description:
You will be a member of a Shared Service Centre who will handle Accounts Payable/Other transactions for the Danish headquarter (European shift).
You will have a great opportunity to influence the creation of your new working environment. You will be responsible for processing invoices, solving issues and acting as support for the local finance department. You will be involved in the continuous improvement and development of the Shared Service Centre and the processes within your area of responsibility. As part of the introduction phase you will participate in a training and knowledge transfer programme in India. Here, you will work closely together with your colleagues in order to secure a smooth transfer of operations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
We seek both experienced finance persons and recent graduates from university for the position as Accounts Payable Professional.
As the more experienced person, you hold a relevant finance or business degree and have at least one year of experience from an international shared service centre or finance function of an international company. As part of your experience, you have already built solid knowledge and skills in an area of transactional processing '' preferably within finance and accounts payable.
As a graduate, you are finishing or currently hold a relevant finance or business degree. You have a strong motivation for working within finance and transactional processing.
For all experience levels, you must have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and can identify yourself with the following terms: team player, proactive, analytical and structured, quality and service oriented and can work independently.
Ideally you can start in Jan 2008.
