- One year Overall with 6 months lead experience
- Should know Kannada and English
- Should have worked on outbound sales center
Desired Profile :
We are looking for candidates who have worked in ITES industry for Domestic/International Outbound Voice Process with 6 months of work experience of leading a team.
- Work experience in reputed medium sized or large sized company.
- Proven ability to manage a team .
- Developing and implementing action plans
- Must possess strong communication skills with an eye to details.
- Candidate must be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Requires excellent relationship management, partnering and communication skills
Location : Bangalore
Maximum Experience : 0-1 Years
