Greenfield Online (a leading KPO worldwide) is poised for a quantum growth in its India operations. To ramp up the team at our Gurgaon office, we are hiring Young, Talented and Mature individuals at various entry-level profiles.
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
1.Fresh Graduates/Post Graduates (BA / B.Com. / BBA / BCA / B.Sc. / BE / B.Tech / MA / M.Com. / MBA / MCA / M.Sc).
2.Strong Knowledge of Java Script and HTML
3.Excellent Communication Skills
4.Excellent Analytical and Logical Skills
5.Open to Working in Night Shifts
Selection Criteria:
1.Group Discussion (for evaluating communication skills)
2.Written Aptitude test (English, Reasoning, Quantitative, Logical) 45 mins
3.Technical Written Test (respective tests for different profiles per short-listing) 30 mins
4.Personal Interview with Line Managers
Important Information on Selection:
1.All profiles would require working in Rotational Shifts.
2.Company-provided Transport
3.In-house Meals
