* Technical Recruiter / IT Recruiter with at least 6 months of recruiting experience into US-US recruitment having good knowledge of technical jargons.
* Well versed with the various job boards like : dice.com,monster.com, net-temps.com and hotjobs.com.
* Ready to work in a midnight shift .
*Fast learner capable of handling pressure.
*Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies.
* Should be result and target oriented.
* Good communication skills.
* Self motivated and team player
