Job Description
The interview scheduler's job is to ensure that once a candidate's resume is selected to be called for an interview, the entire interview management process is executed smoothly.
This involves speaking to hiring managers, candidates, managing multiple interview schedules, follow-up calls etc.

Desired Profile
Educational Qualification :Fresh BA/B.Sc/B.Com/BBM/BBA graduates only(Passed out in 2007)

Personality:
The ideal candidate should be smart, outgoing/extroverted and enjoy interacting with people and building relationships; as large part of the job involves speaking to people over the phone and face to face.
Should be meticulous, good at organizing and time management.Should be persuasive.
Should be willing to work hard and be able to handle stressful situations.
Good Communication skills: The candidate should be able to articulate his/her message clearly. Neutral accent is mandatory.
Computer related skills:The candidate should have hands on experience in MS office particularly MS Excel
Terms of employment : This position is on a third party contract basis for a year (extension of contract beyond this time frame is at the company's discretion).
