Designation: Senior Software Engineer(Bangalore)
Responsibilities:
* As a Senior Software engineer you will be responsible for developing sophisticated tools/applications. You will work closely with project managers, senior software engineers, and operations engineers to design and deploy tools/applications.
Requirements:
* BTech/M Tech/MS --Computer Science Degree or equivalent from a university of repute.
* Proficient with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and concepts including joins, query optimization etc.
* Good working knowledge in any automated unit Testing frameworks like Junit
* Knowledge in IPC systems like JMS, RMI etc.
* Ability to use design patterns
* Knowledge and troubleshooting skills in multi threaded programming
* Knowledge in ORM tools like Torque, Hibernate etc.
* Good debugging skills using IDE's like Eclipse
* Strong OOPS concepts
* Proficiency on UNIX (Solaris, Linux) and NT platforms
* Experience with various server side software (Apache, Caucho Resin, Websphere)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organizational skills
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Strong sense of ownership
* Familiarity with networking concepts/protocols
