Job Description The job profile would entail:

Recruitments:Handling the entire recruitment cycle (middle and senior management search).

Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels online, headhunting, referencing.
Conducting prelim telephonic and personal interviews.
Analyzing and managing client's requirements by way of coordinating and scheduling interviews.
Client interaction by distant conversations or interpersonal meetings.
Achievements of targets.

Client Relationship Management:Understanding the client organization with respect to existing business activities, organization structure and culture and future growth plans.

Meeting up with the clients on a regular basis.
Ensuring high hit rates with the clients.

Business Development:

(basis ability and experience)To drive the business forward by growing and developing existing & new clients through face-to-face client visits & solid relationship building strategies.Identifying and preparing BD pitches and implementing the same.Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/ Post Graduate ( MBA/ MA).

Candidates must have excellent communication skills with a penchant for steep learning. Must be process and goal oriented.
Basic computer and number management skills are necessary.
Should have the ability to analyze data, draw relevant and useful interpretations and make recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation.
