Job Description:
As a key account manager in Customer Care for Relationship business in India, the primary objective of this role will be to program manage all issues that arise from identified key accounts across India. The scope of the job is to provide high level of customer experience by supporting these customers and Sales on order status, missing wrong damage/return order and customer escalation issues. This involves working closely with the various departments like Sales, Channel Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Tech support, Finance etc internally. Work very closely with the Account managers of REL Sales segments and ensure highest level of Customer experience and Retention scores.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum Master / Degree in any disciplines.
Excellent telephone and communication skills in regional and English Languages
Ability to communicate to all levels within an organization
Strong customer service ethic and ability to be empathetic and accept ownership
Goal/Career oriented and self-motivated
