Process similar to Clinical Data Management. Interpret doctor / nurse handwriting and upload the medical records using a required tools / applications. Use the relevant reference tools for deciphering messages Understand the instructions and rules for processing and apply it Deliver required productivity as per process benchmark Achieve quality standards as per process benchmark Seek job related information from peers and supervisor Seek feedback from seniors for self development Should communicate any queries regarding the process to the supervisor Should adhere to company leave policies
