Datagen Power Systems (P) Limited, commenced in 1999, belongs to Entity Group having rich & diversified field and utility experience. Datagen is a sister concern of Secure Meters Limited, the pioneers of electronic metering in India, started with an agenda to address the issues of high loss, poor revenue and sub optimal operation of power distribution systems by studying the technical and sociological problems and developing software and technologies to address them. Datagen entered the business by carrying out energy audits of distribution feeders in two divisions in Orissa using the PATwoRx technology. The highlight of this energy audit study was that the audit covered the LT system completely up to end consumers.
