Designation SPANISH SEAKING PROFESSIONALS FOR BANKING PROCESS

Job Description:-

Handle inbound Spanish calls from Customers and/or Merchants giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.
Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers online, presenting a professional image of Swiss-One at all times.
Escalate queries to a supervisor and/or Swiss-One Head Office as appropriate, and ensure these hand-offs are completed in a timely fashion.
Log contact history for callers.
Communicate verbally and in writing between customers, merchants, Swiss-One Head Office and colleagues, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality and appearance.
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the role, and take responsibility for own learning.

Desired Profile :-

Written/Spoken SPANISH Skills (For a certain number of agents)
Minimum of two years experience in either a UK or Canadian Customer Facing Role.
Experience of SPANISH Written Communication to either Canadian or UK customers.
Numerate.
High standard of written and spoken SPANISH.
Degree level.
Competence in Windows based tools (Outlook/Word/Excel)

Desirable:Banking Industry Experience.
