Resource Co-ordinator- Operations - On Contract

Job Description:
Resource Coordination

a. Staffing
Taking care of the staffing requests for the APAC region (Korea, Singapore, Taiwan,
China, Australia, Asean) & Japan region.
Creation of Service Requisitions,
Work with AMER, EMEA & India Resource Coordinators in fulfilling the requests.
Identification of resources from the resource pool to match skills and requirement.
Co-ordinate with the Resource Managers in identifying suitable resources.
Weekly follow up with PM's /RC's on resources rolling off from current projects .
Creation of Project codes in the Resource Coordinators Database.
Work with the PA Group in case of project code issues & PM's & driving it to closure.

b. Skill Set Database (SSDB)
Ensuring that profiles and skills of all resources are updated in the skill set database on
completion of each project.
Ensure all resources are updating their resumes immediately after each project.
Managing APAC resource database.

d. Operations
Reporting
Creating and publishing of all Reports on a weekly basis like

e. Timesheets & Expenses
Email reminder to file timesheets/expenses. In case of project code issues like access not provided follow up with the PA group to provide access. In case project end date expiry in oracle, follow up with the project manager/pa group to extend end date in oracle. In case of access issues assisting resources file time. Publishing of defaulters list on a weekly basis and follow up with resource on a daily basis till closed.

Desired Profile:
Graduate with 1-2 yrs of Exp, Willing to work on Contract for 6 months
