Technical Support Executives
At least 1 years of experience in Voice based process (UK and US client) is required
NT/2000/XP MCP certification
MCSE Added advantage (NT/2000 or 2003 track)
Experience on basic networking and technical trouble shooting.
Should be ready to work in 24/7 shifts work environment
1- 5 years of experience
Networking, LAN, Wireless, VPN, Dial up knowledge
Good verbal and written communication skills
Customer handling skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Eligibility Criteria
1. Minimum 50% aggregate marks in academics starting from STD X onwards
2. B.E / B. Tech/ MCA - with minimum 1+ years of experience
Other degrees like Diploma/ B.Sc/BCA with 1.9+ years of relevant experience
3. Correspondence and Distant education based qualification is not recognized by TCS
4. Good Communication Skills
