Job Description
* Responsible for analyzing and co-coordinating both business and technical requirements of clients, to integrate Interview Exchange hiring management solution.
* Analyze user requirements, communicate and work with in-house and contract IT engineers to develop, maintain, improve custom career website for our clients.
* Monitor Automated recruiting system
* Designdatabases , create complex stored procedures and indexes in SQL
* Develop use cases and test scripts
* Analyze, design, develop, test, document, and promote to production,java/ J2EE components
* Develop/Maintain software release and configuration management processes
* Support and enhance developed components.
* Develop application components using AJAX, XML, , Java, javascript, HTML, and CSS
* Troubleshoot and maintain windows 2003 SBS servers, windows 2000 , Tomcat application servers, Apache web servers, SQL database servers
* Responsible for building, creating online backups, recovery from RAID
servers
* Troubleshoot and maintain windows XP / eclipse development environment.
* Responsible for recommendation and new requirements of our website www.interviewexchange.com.

Desired Candidate Profile
* Experience (or relevant coursework) utilizing J2EE technologies : JSP, Servlets (including ability to natively code java, javascript, AJAX, HTML,css and SQL)
* Ability to work multiple tasks with attention to detail
* Background in using/administering Apache and Tomcat
* Computer science engineering degree or equivalent
* Experience-between 1yr to 3yrs preferred.
