Walk-Ins for Voice and Non-Voice Process from 20th Nov to 23rd Nov, 2007

Timings: Batch Timings 11:30 am AND 3:00 pm

For Voice Process:

The associate handles outbound and inbound calls.
Handles loan related customer enquiries over the loan servicing toll-free number for low level delinquent accounts.
The person is required to make the prescribed number of contacts during the daily work schedule and expected to meet process HRD's by the 3rd month.
Perform miscellaneous job related duties assigned by the dept Manager.

For Non Voice Process:

The person will need to work with outside counsel to make sure the foreclosures are being completed as quickly as possible.
This person will need to complete affidavits of debt, keep the foreclosure modules updated, and report on classified assets and process attorney bills.
Maintain a 24 hour turn around time on mail responses.
Maintain Quality Scores at 92%
Maintain 100% quality.
Maintain 100% TAT compliance.
