Analyst - Credit & Collections

Job Description
1)Process involves 70% of Accounting and 30% of contacting our existing clients for various reports and collection.
2)Contact clients and confirm receipt of invoic/shipment, upcoming payment dates and invoice to be paid.
3)Identify missing/disputed invoices that may not be paid within terms.
4)Initiate action to resolve dispute and/or resend missing invoices.
5)Generate and update the AR reports.
6)Have to be in touch with clients either by phone or mail on a regular basis.


Desired Profile
1)Candidates with upto 6 months to 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting.Freshers with good accounting knowledge can also apply.
2)Knowledge of accounts, accounting principles.
3)Excellant communication skills(Both written and verbal) mandatory.
4)Should be open for night shifts.
5)Ability to work with MS Excel & ERP systems.
6)Experience in commercial / corporate collection and AR function would be an added advantage.
