Job Description:
1. Ensure effective and efficient service delivery in region to single clients
2. Complete ownership of the customer and single point of contact for him.
3. Ensure requirements of customer as agreed within framework of the contract are met
4. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction, develop rapport through ongoing interaction/ review
5. Track all issues raised by customer and close them at earliest
6. Responsible for collections within region
7. Implement preventive maintenance check at all customer sites to address installation/ inventory issues

Job Responsibilities:

1.Completion of all service queries within time frame
2. Zero defects/complaints from customer

2. Respond to customer query within stipulated time frame
3. Billings collections for the region
