Should be a commerce graduate Should have passed at least Level 3 in Japanese language certification Comfortable with MS Office packages specifically Excel (should be able to use various functionalities) Good writing and speaking skills in Japanese
Profile of the Job: Good numerical and analytical ability Prepare, process and tracking vendor invoices in SAP system Review and resolution of outstanding items in AP & AR Follow-up with the concerned parties through mails for collection of overdue items Daily processing of invoices into SAP system (3-way matching of PO, Invoice and Receivers) Rebilling of expenses to allied companies General Ledger Reconciliations of accounts receivable a/c's Monitoring of overall accounts payable Correspondence with vendors on various AP issues Preparing various managerial reports
