Job Description:
Experience in installation & post-installation support to client for Telecom / Networking / Enterprise S/w products.
Working skill in Windows NT/ 2000/2003 and LAN is required.
Good Knowledge of MS SQL Server database is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should possess good communication & customer handling skills is essential.
Should have worked under stressful environment.
Willing to work in a 24/7 environment and be available as and when required. Willing to travel on short notice.
Technical exposure to voice based BPO preferred
Knowledge on Routers and Switches & general networking will be preferred.
