Job Description:
1. Processing Payment Request for the subcontractors.
2. Processing /adjustments of the amounts to be deducted from the subs such as CBC check fees, GAP fees. on-line education fees etc.
3. Handling phone calls and emails to/from the subs and contractors for the payments.

4. Handling AP/AR inbox.

5. Preparation of Debit/Credit Memos for the rate difference.

6. Interaction with the client and internal GCI to get the outstanding payments and for the AP/AR issues.

7. Willingness to work as per US timings (6 pm to 4 am).

Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have worked and handled the US Clients.
At least 1 years of experience in the same.
Good Communication Skill
Good in Time Management
Must have used some tools for accounting like (MS-Office (Excel) etc.
Should able to work in the Team Environment.
Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Strong interpersonal skills, heightened sense of urgency, detail, and results oriented.
