Job Description
We are seeking an Analyst to join our Financial Operations team. D.E.Shaw India's Hyderabad-based Financial Operations group works with our Proprietary Trading, Accounting, Operations, Tax, and Treasury groups based in New York. Responsibilities of the group include account analysis, capital allocation and optimization, management reporting, money movement, front-office vs. back-office reconciliation, investigation of breaks/issues, and special projects. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and organized individual with strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and quantitative skills, a rigorous work ethic, and a genuine interest in finance. A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is a prerequisite.
