Training & Placement Cell of LORDS has initiated the efforts in organizing another recruitment drive for the benefit of students. In pursuit of its basic goals, T&P cell has agreed to play a vital role of a being a vendor for quality candidates to reputed companies.
This Mini Job Fair is being organised in Association with PUNDITZ CONSULTANTS & KAREER MENTORZ.
Hence we are glad to announce that, an Off-Campus Recruitment Drive has been scheduled on 28th Oct, 2007. The visiting companies are Ravex Technologies, Niteo IT Solutions & AAS Technologies. There are openings in IT, Software development, VLSI & Embedded Systems. The number of vacancies vary from Company to company. The company profiles & Eligibility conditions are attached. 2006/2007 Passout students are eligible.

Eligibility Conditions & Other Information:
RAVEX have development projects outsourced from Top MNCs and once employed, you will be trained to work on those projects. This will be a permanent position and the eligibility criteria and terms of employment are:
* Candidate needs to have 60% through out his/her academic career ie., 10th, +2, Graduation and PG.
* Candidate needs to have good communication skills
* Candidate needs to join immediately.
* There will not be any payment for the first two months
* Candidates will be trained on 2 or 3 different platforms including .Net, Java, testing.
* After 2 months candidates shall be paid Rs 12,000/- as Salary.
* Candidate needs to pay Rs. 10,000/ as a cautionary deposit which will be returned back at the time of leaving the company.
* Candidate should be willing to work at any of the clients' locations viz., Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai or Noida.
* Candidate needs to give one month notice prior to leaving the company and undertakes not to leave in the middle of a project.
In addition to this, the candidate agrees to pay his/her first pay cheque as a consultation fees to Punditz Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in the form of a post dated cheque at the time of receiving the offer letter.

Niteo is inviting Highly Energetic resources to fulfill their corporate needs in the
following technologies / Roles.
• Oracle Core / Apps Database Administrators (DBA)
• Oracle Applications technical Consultants(SQL, PL/SQL & Oracle Apps Technical)
• Consultants for Microsoft Technologies (SQL DBA and .net).
Pre-requisites for Candidates for the Train and Deploy Program
• B.E/ B.Tech in CSE/IT/EEE/ECE or MCA - 2006 or 2007 passed graduates.
• Minimum percentage required is 60 % for B.Tech & MCA.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Energetic and ability to learn
Pay Package while Training: for First 3 months NO PAY.
From 3 months to 6 months: a stipend of 5000/- INR (i.e. Probation Period).
After 6 months: performance based hike & Staffing to our Clients.
If the candidate is selected & willing to join, he has to bear the partial expenses of Training.
COMPANY PROFILE OF AAS Technologies:
AAS technologies is a 12 years old R&D company. We need engineers to design and develop our projects in 5 Technologies.We need this particular candidates in this particular Technologies.

1)PC Based Data Aquisition 15

Elegible candidates: B-Tech/BE(EEE,ECE,EIE,CSE),
Msc (Electronics,Computers)
The candidates who are selected & willing to join have to undergo 45 days of training. After which candidates shall be appointed as a Software/Electronics Engineer.
Pay Package:
No Pay during Training.
3 to 6 months probation period. A stipend of Rs 5000/- shall be given during this time. After probation the candidate shall be offered a minimum of 8 to 14K based on his performance.
*** The candidates willing to join has to bear the partial training expenses.
PROCEDURE TO APPLY:
Registration counters shall be opened at Lords Institute of Engineering & Technology, Himayatsagar, Hyderabad from 24th of Oct to 27th Oct. The timings are from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
The candidates have to submit 2 resumes & 2 PP photos along with a registration fees of Rs 100/- & can collect Hall tickets immediately.
The Out station candidates have to send a request for registration to kareermentorz@gmail.com. An E- Hall ticket shall be mailed to them with Reg No. The mail copy has to be produced at the reception counter on 28th Oct & Original Hall tickets have to be collected after submitting above mentioned documents & Reg fees.
