Job Description:
- Arranging training programmes.
- Coordination with Trainers ( Internal / External )
- Preparation of MIS / Reports
- Using HR - ERP softwares for Training & Performance Management
system.
- Assisting employees in Appraisals.
- Arranging HR Events.
Desired Profile:
Graduate BBA/BMS/BHM with minimum 1 year work experience. Only male candidates who are residing in western line, thane, navi mumbai shall be considered.
selected candidate shall be trained / or will be exposure to various functions in Human Resources.
Only candidates who are interested in long term association with the company need only apply.
He should have excellent communication skills both written & verbal with good computer skills in using MS Powerpoint & MS Excel applications.
