Job Description :
- Providing technical support to the clients
- Claim processing
- Responding to client queries through emails.

Desired Profile :
We are presently looking for Technical Support Representatives for our KPO division

Eligibility criteria :
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills
- Analytical Skills
- BE / B.Tech / MCA with 55 % and above from 2005 & 2006 batch. B.Sc/ B.Com / B.A / BCA /BBA / MA / M.Sc / M.Com graduates from 2006 & 2007 batch with above 60%.
- Willingness to work in night shifts

Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Maximum Experience : 0-1 Years

Salary : Rs. 7,600/- per month.
